Our mission is to promote the exchange of knowledge and ideas, encourage collaboration between professionals and organizations, support the development of standards and best practices, and contribute to the continued improvement of Israel’s construction industry. Established in 2021, the Society of Construction Law Israel is part of an international network dedicated to the advancement of construction law and practice. The Society provides a professional forum for discussion and the sharing of knowledge, experience and perspectives across the full spectrum of construction and infrastructure activity, including transportation, energy, water, industrial facilities, real estate and major public projects. Its areas of interest include project procurement and delivery methods, standard-form contracts such as FIDIC and NEC, risk allocation, contract administration, claims, dispute avoidance and resolution, arbitration, and the legal and commercial issues that arise throughout the life cycle of construction projects.
