Our mission is to promote an exchange of knowledge and ideas and support collaboration between people and organizations, help create standardization in the field, and ultimately help improve all aspects of Israel’s construction industry.   Established in 2021, the Society of Construction Law Israel is part of an international network of professionals that shares diverse knowledge, experience and viewpoints of the construction industry. Areas of interest include: challenges, risks, obstacles, laws, claim methods, judgements, arbitration, commercial questions, planning, methods, contracts (FIDIC, NEC, etc.), projects (BOT, PPP, etc.), in various construction industries (transportation, energy, ports, real estate, etc.)
