Head of the Federmann School of Public Policy and Governance and a member at the Department of Geography at the Hebrew University, Jerusalem.
She earned her PhD from the Free University of Amsterdam and spent a year as a postdoctoral fellow at Harvard University, Kennedy School of Government. Her main research interests include transport public policy, urban policy and environmental policy, as well as public involvement in policy processes. She is interested in policy processes and examining different societal, institutional and political aspects of transport policy and the interaction between policy and community.
