Adv. Benjamin Zelmanovich

Adv. Benjamin Zelmanovich is an expert in the field of planning and construction law.  Since 2016 he has served as chairman of the Board of Appeals under the Planning and Construction Law. In his current role, Benjamin hears and decides appeals concerning licensing, taxation, economic and appraisal aspects of construction projects and infrastructure projects.

Prior to his current position, Benjamin served as planning and construction legal coordinator at the office of the Ministry of Interior. As part of his role, Benjamin served as legal advisor to the Committee on Planning Issues, the Tel Aviv District Committee and the National Infrastructure Committee.

Benjamin teaches planning and construction law in academic institutions and lectures at conferences of the Israeli Bar Association and the Real Estate Association in Israel.

Benjamin holds a law degree (LLB) from Tel Aviv University, and was the editor of the Tel Aviv University Law Review.
