Mrs. Baras is a 15-year veteran tenders, contract and claims manager, with extensive experience representing both client and contractor. In her years of experience, she has advised and consulted on all levels of DB/PPP/BOT projects, from consortium structuring to tender submission, through to EPC-O&M, litigation (court and arbitration) and termination.
Mrs. Baras effectively navigates the interests and interactions of all levels of stakeholders in multinational environments on local or national projects.
A member of the Israeli Bar Association and a graduate of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
