Anat Baras

Anat Baras is a tenders, contracts and claims professional with 15 years of experience representing both employers and contractors. She has advised on DB, PPP and BOT projects at all stages, from consortium structuring and tender submission through EPC, O&M, litigation, arbitration and termination. Anat is a member of the Israel Bar Association and a graduate of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
