Offer Groisman

Offer Groisman is the founder and CEO of Groisman Engineering, a project management company involved in some of Israel’s largest infrastructure projects across transportation, energy, water, industrial facilities and residential construction. Over more than 30 years, he has gained significant experience in complex construction projects involving local and international partnerships. Offer holds a B.Sc. degree.
