Oskar Abo-Razak is a tax partner at PwC. He previously served as Director General of the Ministry of Interior, Chairman of the National Planning and Construction Council and Deputy Director of the Tax Authority. Since 2005 he has served as Chairman of the Real Estate Appraiser Examinations Committee at the Ministry of Justice. He lectures on taxation, has published books on tax law, and holds a master’s degree in Public Policy from the Hebrew University and a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from the Open University.
