(CAF-Shapir), and in Alstom for 12 years, managing the Torts, Change Orders and Customer Relations. A third generation in the field of railway, she is highly experienced in the contractual and financial aspects of project management in various phases of BOT and PPP projects (BD, Tender, Financial Closing, EPC, O&M and Buy Back), in both the local & global market. Skilled in high-level interaction with internal & external stakeholders, organizational politics (with emphasis on multi-national organizations), customer-centric management and strategic development. Holds an BA in Business Management and Business Law from the Open University and a Directors diploma.

Idan Meir
Mr. Meir, served as the CEO of Israel’s largest and only plastics plant, recycling plastic from waste, CEO of one of the largest soil and groundwater investigation companies in Israel. He is also a very experienced project manager, managing a few of the largest projects performed in Israel in the infrastructures and environmental fields. Idan hold a BA and an MBA degree from Derby University and an MA in law from the College of Law & Business. Idan graduated designated courses on construction projects management and contaminated soils & groundwater from the Technion and from the MOEP.

Ittai advises clients in Hebrew, English, Spanish and Arabic. Ittai is also a partner at the Commercial Litigation and Regulation Groups at Pearl Cohen. Ittai gained significant experience in all aspects of civil litigation and alternative dispute resolution, specializing on representing international corporations in legal proceedings in Israel and international arbitrations, as well as advising in complex regulatory and construction law issues.

Tal (M.Sc. IE, PMI-SP) is the founder and partner of “Tal Levanon – HCP Ltd.”, an expert project scheduling consultant and the innovator of Hidden Critical Paths (HCP) technique, which is utilized for evaluating and enhancing project schedules. She implemented her methodology across more than 300 infrastructure and construction projects, spanning highways, interchanges, bridges, tunnels, railways, factories, sports stadiums, hotels and residential and office towers. Tal holds an M.Sc. in industrial engineering from Tel-Aviv University and is a certified PMI-SP (PMI Scheduling Professional). She actively shares her expertise regarding HCP and project scheduling through conference lectures, a training program that she leads and her two books: “לראות מעבר לקצה הקרחון” (Beyond the Iceberg’s Tip) and “על כלבים ופרויקטים” (On Dogs and Projects).
