Sharon Adler, is a founding partner and head of Projects and Construction Law at Harpaz, Oren, Adler & Co. Sharon specializes in Construction Law, Project Finance, Infrastructure Development, Government Contracts, Dispute Resolution and International Arbitration.
For 25 years he has counseled Israel’s largest projects, undertaken by international consortiums (Jerusalem LRT, Cross-Israel Highway, Netivy Ayalon Fast Lanes, Israel Railways Electrification, Renewable and Conventional Power Plants, Desalination Plants, Sea Ports, FMS Construction, etc.).
Adjunct professor, public speaker and author of various publications on Construction Law and Project Finance. Former member of the Governing Committee and General Assembly of the Israeli Bar and Jerusalem District.
