Barak Kirshner

Barak Kirshner is a founding partner at BLK and Company, a leading Israeli financial advisory firm. He specializes in infrastructure projects and has advised both public and private sector clients on national infrastructure projects, including PPP transactions, concessions, privatizations, BOT projects and other project finance and corporate finance matters. Barak holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University and the University of Chicago.
