Benjamin Zelmanovich is an expert in planning and construction law. Since 2016 he has served as Chairman of the Board of Appeals under the Planning and Construction Law, hearing appeals relating to licensing, taxation, economic issues and appraisal aspects of construction and infrastructure projects. He previously served in legal planning roles at the Ministry of Interior and advised planning bodies including the National Infrastructure Committee. He teaches planning and construction law and holds an LL.B. from Tel Aviv University.
