Major General Kamil Abu Rukun (ret.)

Major General Kamil Abu Rukun is a retired IDF Major General. In his last role he served as Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories and as a member of the IDF General Staff, with responsibility for infrastructure, housing planning, land allocation and planning committees. Prior to that he served as Head of the Civil Administration in the West Bank. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Middle Eastern Studies and a master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Haifa, and also completed director training at the Israeli Center for Management.
