Oren specializes in representing public and private entities in infrastructure projects and international tenders. He is integrally involved with many high-profile public governmental tenders, including advising tender committees, and representation of the public sector in court petitions and arbitration proceedings.
Oren also has extensive experience in litigation proceeding concerning infrastructure projects and tenders’ law. Oren provides ongoing services and representation – particularly regarding administrative law petitions and issues with regard to projects and tenders.Oren graduated from The Hebrew University in Jerusalem in 2003. He was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2004, joined the firm the same year and became a partner in 2012.
Oren Roth is a member of the National Ethics Committee of the Bar Association.
