Professor Rachelle Alterman

Professor Rachelle Alterman is Emeritus Professor of Urban Planning and Law at the Technion and a senior researcher at the Neaman Institute. She is the founding president of the International Academic Association on Planning, Law and Property Rights and an honorary member of the Association of European Schools of Planning. Her research and extensive publications focus on comparative planning law, property rights, land policy and housing, and her expertise is frequently sought by public bodies and international organizations.
