Shmuel Slavin

Shmuel Slavin is the founder and chairman of Sella Capital. He served as economic adviser to Prime Minister Yitzhak Shamir, Director General of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, and later Director General of the Ministry of Finance. He also chaired the Cable and Satellite Broadcasting Council, served as a public representative in the labour courts and acted as an arbitrator in disputes involving the state. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and International Relations and an MBA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
