Tal (M.Sc. IE, PMI-SP) is the founder and partner of “Tal Levanon – HCP Ltd.”, an expert project scheduling consultant and the innovator of Hidden Critical Paths (HCP) technique, which is utilized for evaluating and enhancing project schedules.
She implemented her methodology across more than 300 infrastructure and construction projects, spanning highways, interchanges, bridges, tunnels, railways, factories, sports stadiums, hotels and residential and office towers.
Tal holds an M.Sc. in industrial engineering from Tel-Aviv University and is a certified PMI-SP (PMI Scheduling Professional).
She actively shares her expertise regarding HCP and project scheduling through conference lectures, a training program that she leads and her two books: “לראות מעבר לקצה הקרחון” (Beyond the Iceberg’s Tip) and “על כלבים ופרויקטים” (On Dogs and Projects).
