Yossi Bouccara

Yossi Bouccara is an engineer specializing in infrastructure and multidisciplinary projects. For more than 15 years he has worked on major projects across the full project life cycle, including tendering, execution, operation and maintenance, with particular experience in railway projects, power supply and telecommunications infrastructure. Yossi holds B.Sc. and DEUST degrees, and is fluent in French, English and Hebrew.
